Meet Dr. Dana Hawkins (Richland, MI)

Dr. Dana Hawkins is a 2013 Summa Cum Laude graduate from Ferris State University with a Bachelor degree in Biology and a 2017 high honors graduate of the Michigan Colle of Optometry. Before joining Southwest Vision Center, Dr. Hawkins served her country as an optometrist/Lieutenant in the US Navy for four years. She was stationed in Beaufort, SC where she provided eye care to sailors and marines. Dr. Hawkins has a special interest in treating ocular diseases, fitting contact lenses, pre and post-surgical management, and providing excellent patient-centered comprehensive eye care. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children. Dr. Hawkins is excited to return to Michigan to be near family and to provide exceptional eye care to you and your family as a part of Richland Eye Care.
